1. Payment options
1.1. For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- PayPal
- Cash payment upon pickup
1.2. For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

2. Delivery
2.1. The dispatch of your order takes place by the German post, DHL, UPS, Iloxx, truckage company.
2.2. We ship into the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, Monaco, Poland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Great Britain, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Hungary, Spain, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. For the delivery within Germany we charge a 9.60 EUR flat rate per order.
3.2. In the case of an agreed self-collection the buyer will be informed by the seller that the ordered goods are ready for collection. Upon receipt of this e-mail the buyer can pick up the goods after consulting the seller at the place of business of the seller or at an agreed place. In this case no shipping costs are charged.
For heavy and bulky items we take a 20.00 EUR surcharge per shipping address on the specified shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective article page.
3.3. For the delivery abroad we charge the following flat rates per order:
EU countries: 26.00 EUR (incl. VAT) European non-EU countries: 21.85 EUR (net price)
3.4. Please be aware that for cross-border deliveries there may incur further taxes (for example for an intra-community acquisition of a good) and/or tolls, for example customs duties, which have to be paid by you.
